Research On The Development Of Technologic Innovative Talent In Enterprise Based-on Knowledge Innovation

In the era of knowledge economy, the production, allotment and usage of knowledge and information have become important productive elements and key factors of the economic growth, the human resources have become the first resource beyond the material resources, however, enterprises in China are facing the shortage of enterprise technological innovative talents, the weak awareness of training enterprise technological innovative talents, the outmoded concept, the unitary cultivating mode, and the rigid cultivating mechanisms.This thesis aims at the above mentioned problems, from the vision of knowledge innovation, taking the process of knowledge innovation as a main thread, and adopting qualitative analysis and positive research to study problems of cultivating technological innovative talents in enterprisesStarting from having reviewed and analyzed the related human capital formation theories based on the knowledge economy theories, lifelong education theories and quality management for higher education theories, the thesis expounds knowledge innovation, and connotation of cultivating technological innovative talents in enterprises. Based on these analyses, the thesis has put forward "Three Innovations Training Approach" and methods for cultivating technological innovative talents, and revealed the relationship of inherent interaction among knowledge innovation, cultivating of technological innovative talents and knowledge conversion, and probed into the following: dynamic and resistant factors of training technological innovative talents, alternative factors of training model, knowledge structure essential to enterprise technological innovative talents, and knowledge structure model.
