The Cultivation Path Of Characteristic Vocational Spirit Of Business Talents In Higher Vocational Colleges

In the situation that higher vocational colleges expand enrollment by one million,our nation attaches greater importance to the development of vocational education.The new era of vocational education,not only need to make students to be more skilled,but also to train students to have the professional spirit matching with the major.However,among the existing studies on vocational spirit,theoretical research is the main focus,and there are few practical case studies on the cultivation path.Moreover,there are few studies focused on the characteristic vocational spirit cultivation of business talents in higher vocational colleges,which makes it difficult to form a practical grip.According to the characteristics of higher vocational business talents in comprehensive professional spirit cultivation and Social Learning Theory,on the basis of analyzing characteristics in Shaoxing vocational&technical college as an example,and the demands of students with the professional spirit fosters,professional spirit fosters research status and existing problems of system,this article mainly study the research theory of professionalism,refinement of professional spirit fosters research direction,open characteristic professionalism cultivate a new perspective of research,the vocational spirit cultivation in higher vocational business talent path to provide a scientific reference.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the research status of vocational spirit at home and abroad,this paper found that the theoretical research on vocational spirit cultivation in higher vocational colleges lacks the practical case analysis of business talents in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of characteristic vocational spirit,this paper makes a systematic study on the cultivation path of characteristic vocational spirit of business talents in higher vocational colleges by means of literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.Secondly,taking Shaoxing vocational&technical college as an example,through the questionnaire survey of students to understand the status quo of the cultivation of characteristic vocational spirit of business talents in higher vocational colleges,through the interview of teachers to understand the problems encountered in the cultivation process and the countermeasures adopted.Based on the comprehensive analysis,it can be concluded that there are some problems in our study.Such as the single teaching method,the lack of the theoretical innovation,practice platform and formation system.The factors that lead to the limitations can be concluded as follows:student’s personal problems,educational system and social environment.At last,five points are put forward in this paper:First,from the perspective of Fanli’s spirit,the cultivation of professional spirit should be innovated;Secondly,with general education as the medium,a characteristic vocational spirit cultivation system is being formed.Thirdly,it takes the course ideology and politics as the starting point and integrates the characteristic vocational spirit into the classroom teaching.Fourth,it takes the campus culture as the carrier to enrich the characteristic cultivation way of professional spirit.Fifth,we will build a platform of characteristic professional spirit practice through schoolenterprise cooperation.
