The retail trade merely beginning in 1852.During the more than150 years, three big revolutions have been experienced and the huge development has been obtained. To the year 2003, the global retail turnover already achieved 24.8% of GDP. In view of such vigorous development emerging industry, domestic and foreign academia has also raised the research climax. The domestic research mainly focuses on the general significance enterprise and industry, the characteristics of retail industry is not extra emphasized. On the other hand, although the overseas research, which was born many influential theories, entered a maturer stage, these theories all are lack of the system thought. Consequently, no way for how to avoid the current retail price war and the competition of low-scale warfare is founded. In this paper, based on the theory of Coevolutionary theory, Complex Adaptive System theory and Commercial Ecosystem theory, the idea of establishing retail business ecosystem in concept of business ecosystem is put forward, and a new commercial community of mutual benefit is established to help retailers and their partners coming out of zero-sum game mode and reaching an all-win situation. The paper is divided into three sections: Section 1 Presentation of the question. Under the background of the flourishment and continual enhanced influence, retail plays a more and more important role in the economic society. China, but difficult for the retail industry: After joining the WTO, China's retail has to face various challenges and crises and seek to survive and develop under the new circumstances; Low efficiency of the balance is the only results for China's retail basing on previous operation mode after making analysis of the games among retailers.Section 2 Design solution. Construction of a commercial eco-system model which divides the economic society into three levels: basic business ecosystem; core business ecosystem; backbone business ecosystem. The model presents the new business philosophy which completely differs from the previous one: (l)The main study focuses on the business ecosystem which composes dominant enterprise, which is core of the business ecosystem, and subordinate enterprise, which are linked to the value of network; (2)The evaluation system design bases on the ability of dominant enterprise to promote the ecosystem's integration and upgrade ecosystem's competence, and the collaboration-ability between dominant enterprise andsubordinate enterprise to create synergies excess profits. Through mathematicaltestification of the model of retailers supply chain indirectly proved that the businessmodel ecosystem ideological correctness, as the result a guide to the properre-building a retail business ecosystem structureSection 3 Operation solution. Construction of the retail business ecosystemmanagement model; given the path of the union and coordination among variousstakeholders in the model; finally the management strategies and strategicimplementation application for the stakeholders are applied.Section 4 Protection the operation. Put in the new enterprise culture, and therevolutionary services, to protect the operation.Section 5 Direction of further improving the program, that includes: Establish anindicators system to measure the performance of the business ecosystem andquantitative the indicators; besides, the significance of these indicators is given onbehalf of the guiding role of the operator of the system. As a result, to improve thepractical value of the paper.
