The Research Of Retailer-leading Supply Chain Evaluation System

With the progress of the technology and development of the market economy, retailers which are closed to customers in supply chain, play a more important role of the customer market. The traditional manufacturer-leading supply chain is converted to retailer-leading slowly. As a new form, the retailer-leading supply chain is more and more concerned. However, the research on supply chain and its performance home and abroad are all focused on manufacturer-leading supply chain. There are few researches on retailer-leading supply chain. Therefore, it is important to research on the retailer-leading supply chain.The article is to research on performance evaluation of retailer-leading supply chain based on related theory research and characters of the retailer-leading supply chain. Firstly, the author defines the retailer-leading supply chain, and then introduce structural model, needed conditions and characters. Secondly, the article designs an index system to appraise the performance of retailer-leading supply chain. Thirdly, it have put forward comprehensive evaluation model, which based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, this paper provides the example to prove this feasibility of this evaluation system.
