Along with science and technology fast development and people living standard universal enhancement, customer demand scope of product and service becomes wider and wider, and their request level becomes higher and higher. How to use their own competitive advantages to obtain further development in the intensive competition market, even to head list of successful candidates is the most important strategic target which most enterprises must face. Now the society already entered the period of "competitions between supply chains". Nevertheless, such competitions are distillateing to competitions between supply networks with the further intensity of market competition. The strategic alignments of supply chains and the cooperation of nodal enterprises within supply networks are the inevitable outcome of the competitions. It is the continuously seeking target for all of the enterprises activitites within supply networks that how to confront the violent market demands with the optimal supply strategy, and how to award higher profit simultaneously reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.The research on supply chain strategy is transferred from"centralize on products"to"centralize on customers"along with the gradually understand and realize of"customer demand is the origin of production". Market segmentation gradually becomes the first stage of product life cycle instead of product R&D (Research and Development). As the effective delivery method, customer value aligns market segmentation with supply strategy drivers, and help supply networks make final strategic decisions as well.To obtain the continuous further development, supply networks must make clearly about its performance position in its trade. Meanwhile, a set of fair and efficient performance measurement system is needed as well to point out the development direction and stage target of supply networks. However, the existing evaluation methods always use a unified standard to show its fairness and efficiency when evaluate on supply networks, even for the absolutely different supply strategy chosen networks. This kind of unification is just the origin of unfair measurement.Bases on the large numbers of literature review, this dissertation develops the excessive simplest supply chain into a supply network concept including three dimensions of internal focal organization, standard supply chain and outsourcing organization alignment. It also discovers supply strategy drivers based on product characteristics and service characteristics when research on the market segmentation analysis of revealing customer values. The performance measurement system with some different metrics according to the different supply strategy selection is formulated based on support level (HITS) and operation level (TQFS). It could be the powerful tool to help supply networks find out strengthens and weaknesses and their accurate position in their trades.This dissertation states the whole evaluation process firstly with a sample of multi-national supply network. Then it does the simulation research of 100 supply networks to define the performance level of them by using the methods of regressionanalysis, cluster analysis and discrimination analysis etc.. It also does the work of analysis and forecasting to help supply networks make decision by support level indexes'affections to operation level indexes.
