Great challenges was brought to chinese manufacturing industry by the economic globalization and market diversification nowadays. In order to cope this situation, a manufacturing supply chain alliance, emphasizing the cooperation, has been formed by suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and other related enterprises. Market competition has been changed into the competition among supply chains, and how to improve the manufacturing supply chain performance in the shortest time was becoming a top priority. As an important part of the supply chain management, supply chain performance measurement(SCPM) is to help enterprises discover their shortcomings for the supply chain performance. So that, the supply chain managers can adjust decisions to continuously improve the overall performance of the supply chain in order to meet the competition from the whole world. The study on supply chain performance measurement system has enormous significance.This paper analyzed the main supply chain measurement model and proposed a manufacturing supply chain performance measurment indicators model based on the supply chain operations performance model(SCOR),according to characteristics of the manufacturing industry.This hierarchical model took the business process indicators as primary and sustainable development capacity indicators of supply chain, financial indicators as secondary, to solve the poor performance of the current model.Based on this model, the paper proposed quantization algorithms, making subjective indicators objective.A mathematical model for the established indicators model was builded. Firstly, the raw indicators data were preprocessed. Secondly, the indicators data were maked same dimensionless for the difference of magnitude and the different effect direction for the spply chain performance. Thirdly, to remove the subjective influence of the expert judgement in AHP, an improved AHP algorithm based on group decisions was proposed to determine the indicator weight. Lastly, a comprehensive measurement algorithm, combined of the weighted addition and weighted multiplication method was applied to get the final measurement result. The paper proposed a new suggestions generating algorithm to identify shortcomings in supply chain management and to give advice for improvement.Based on the above study, a supply chain performance measurement system was developed. The system framework and six functional modules were described in detail. The application in Chongqing motorcycle supply chain performance measurement shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the study.
