With the economic globalization and rapid development of technology, competitionbetween corporations has been changed into the one between supply chains. Supply chain andsupply chain management have obtained more and more attention from corporations andscholars. Supply chain performance measurement is an important part of supply chainmanagement. As traditional corporation performance measurement system isn't fit for supplychain performance measurement any more and actual supply chain performance measurementsystems are still need to be improved, this paper pursues a research on a new system of supplychain performance measurement. The work done to the paper is as follows:Firstly, as a theoretic preparation for this paper, a description was made about relatedconcepts and contents of supply chain and supply chain performance measurement. Secondly, aresearch on supply chain performance measurement was done from the aspects of system, modeland method. Thirdly, a more comprehensive statement on DEA was made by particularlyintroducing the C~2R model, BC~2 model and super-efficiency DEA as well as analyzing therelevant economic meanings. Fourthly, a supply chain performance system based on DEA wascomposed by combining the features of DEA and supply chain. And then, the Lingo softwarewas used to make a statistic calculation on an example by using the DEA model and networkDEA model. With the analysis of the outcome, supply chain managers can do some control andimprovement to the operation flow. At the end, the author analyzed the outcome andinsufficiency of the paper as well as making a simple prospect of development trend in future.
