Research And Demonstration On The Knowledge Increasing Efficiency In Organization

Knowledge management is the management based on knowledge. When the Governor wakes up to this point, he should focus on management and the zoology relationship between people and knowledge, and also bring up the Knowledge Dynamical, which is the headspring of organizational ability to create cost increase. This can be called the third tidal wave of Knowledge Management, and is also the aim of this paper.Based on the review of knowledge growth process theory, this paper aims to improve the efficiency of organization learning gain knowledge growth. Thorough more careful clear up and study about process theory and mechanism theory of organization learning gain knowledge growth, this paper builds an analysis frame about the relationship of the influence knowledge growth factors with organization study ability, with learning gain output, and with organization performance in organization knowledge learning, and besides, it will be validated and improved by quantitative analysis. So, the whole paper includes three sections: theoretical discussion, empirical research and study conclusion.In the theory discussion part, this paper first estimates the anciently theory of organization learning gain knowledge growth. Then assimilating the former research distillate, this paper builds process frame system about influence knowledge growth, and puts forward box and needle construction model of organization knowledge growth process factors. Combining community cluster and knowledge dynamical bar to bring forward the definition of community cluster bar, and the whole organization can be regarded as a dynamic alive system bar. Then, knowledge network of cluster bar and knowledge dynamic alive system are also put into study. Finally, by using bionics theory and biology, melt knowledge and ferment idea are joined in the mechanism study of organization knowledge growth process, and through joining characteristic of Agent theory in melt knowledge and ferment activity ulteriorly, the paper emphasizes the research of deep-seated mechanism about knowledge growth.In empirical research part, this paper builds the estimates model about influence organization knowledge growth factors for organization study performance, and puts forward the hypothesis system and suppose relation of organization knowledge growth factors. We did a investigation through a concentrative questionnaire about 18high technique enterprise in ZHUHAI GUANGDONG and a dispersive questionnaire about many enterprises in TIANJIN, and by using SPSS tool through gene analysis, correlation analysis, and linearity regress analysis, the great mass of hypothesis is validated and primary research conclusion is drawed . It can help enterprises to advance knowledge growth efficiency, and to build favor conditions of organization study knowledge growth.In the end of this paper, according to the conclusion, the paper renewed research, and the limitations and further research are discussed.
