Enterprise Competence theory emphasize that the enterprise competence root insome "special resources" of company. The most modern enterprise Competencetheory believes these special resources are organizational knowledge, which isdifficult to exchange and imitate. Depend on Barney's theory, the organizationalknowledge satisfy the four conditions by which we can judge a resource will bringcompetence advantage to a company or not: knowledge is useful, limited, hard toimitate and hard to substitute. Thus, the enterprise's core competence comes from theknowledge system.The study goal of this disquisition is the organizational knowledge. Knowledgeis the study goal of the whole knowledge management research, and there are manyquestions deserve study. This disquisition base on the model of "Knowledge Ferment",a theory by witch we can explain the organization learning and knowledge updating,and carry out study on organizational knowledge requirement, knowledge acquisation,knowledge management and knowledge acquisation and update in enterprise cluster.First, this disquisition discusses the definition, classification, characteristic ofknowledge, and firstly classifies knowledge as cerebral knowledge and mediumknowledge. And this disquisition also discusses some biologic characteristic ofknowledge and expatiate the related theories of "knowledge ferment". Thisdisquisition also studies on the relationship between "knowledge ferment" and theorganizational knowledge, and bring forward a model of organizational knowledgeevolvement. Base on these studies, this disquisition believe that in order to improveorganizational knowledge, enterprise should have two kinds of ability: the ability ofupdating organizational knowledge and the ability of management organizationalknowledge.Relate to the ability of updating organizational knowledge, this disquisition studythe organizational knowledge requirement. The question of knowledge requirement isthe first question of knowledge management research. This disquisition discusses theclassification, characteristic, affect factor of knowledge requirement. This alsointroduces some knowledge management methods such as knowledge audit,knowledge warehouse, knowledge map, knowledge network. Finally, this disquisitioninvestigates the Tianjin enterprise cluster of bicycle industry, study on the knowledgeacquisition and knowledge updating in enterprise cluster.
