Research On Some Issues In The Logistics Alliance Dominated By Manufactory

Great changes have taken place in the external environment of enterprises since the 80's of the 20th century. The quality, cost, service and delivering speed of product are obviously affected by the mutual restrictions among manufactory, suppliers and retails. Therefore, if a good and effective cooperation relation can not be built up among suppliers, carriers, manufactory and logistics enterprises, it is very difficult to promote the ability to responding to the changeable market and to obtain the competitive advantage in international and domestic markets. As their cooperation is becoming increasingly frequent, the logistics alliance emerges. However, the logistics alliance in our country is still at the initial stage, especially in western region, and those alliances already set up can't attain expected effects because of lacking cooperation experience or some other reasons. So a further research on logistics alliance is of great importance theoretically and realistically.This dissertation analyzes related literatures and its main contents are as follows:1. Research on the formation conditions and influence factors of logistics allianceThe formation conditions of logistics alliance were analyzed from eight perspectives and eight theories were presented, which explain from different points. But great changes have taken place in the external environment of enterprises. So a further research seems quite necessary. This dissertation proposed a viewpoint of logistics alliance cooperation integration according to the characters of logistics alliance. In addition, this dissertation develops a questionnaire analysis of the influence factors in the formation of logistics alliance using statistics method and builds up models of these factors.2.
