Study On The Trust Of The Third Party Logistics Enterprise's Strategic Alliance

The traditional domestic logistics enterprises started have been faced transformation since the third party logistics growing. In order to improve the intennational competition,many foreign TRL enterprises have estbalish alliance to conform the logistics market. Confronted with the competitors from both home and abroad, many domestic third party logistics enterprises express their wishes to form alliance to enhance their competitive capability.Under such circumstance, the article studies the issues relevant to the alliance of the TPL enterprises so as to provide logistics enterprises with some theoretical guidance.This paper systematically analyzes the economic motives and the type, character,connotation of the TRL Strategic Alliance. On the base of it, the trust mechanism of the TRL Strategic Alliance is analyzed:Firstly, it identifies the trust from different points of view. After construing the importance of the mutual trust in the TRL Strategic Alliance, it explains several influence elements in detail,and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to introduce the trust degree.Then,several mechanism which counteract the development of trust is given;The game theory is used in this paper to research the trust mechanism in the TRL Strategic Alliance. Based on the above researchs,the methods of establishing trust mechanism are studied; At last,the risk of trust in TRL Strategic Alliance is studied.It analyzes systematically the problem of trust about the TRL Strategic Alliance. By applying theory to practice, it hopes to provide logistics enterprise with something valuable for their reference.
