A Study On The Emergence Mechanism And Level Evolvement Of The Corporation Competence System

With the progressing of Information Economy, Knowledge Economy and Global Economy, many environmental factors which were easily mastered by corporations are disintegrated and the business environment of corporations are transforming from relatively steady and static one to more and more complex and dynamic one. The basic characters of corporations'competition are changing and a new competition time is coming. Although the view is identified broadly that competence is the headspring of corporations'competition advantages, what on earth are the system structure and evolvement mechanism is needed to be researched and studied deeply under the new situation.
