Empirical Research On China's Allocation Efficiency Of Labour Force Resources

This paper mainly studies on allocation efficiency of labor force resources based on the Framework of Classical Economics as representative was Adam Smith. Taking advantage of labor force resources superiority and promoting allocation efficiency of labor force resources are vital significance to sustainable development of our country.The paper first deliberates the conception of allocation efficiency as the ratio of the increments of total output and which brings from resources allocation; in this foundation, defines allocation efficiency of labor force resources as the ratio of the increments of total output and which brings from labor force resources allocation.After that, the paper analyses the sources of allocation efficiency of Classical Economic, New Classical Economic and Politics Economics of Marx and proposed realization condition of the sources of allocation efficiency that allocation efficiency of labor force resources derives from labor force resources shifting from lower productivity posts to higher ones.Deriving calculation method of allocation efficiency of labor force resources from index increment analytic method is the gravity of the paper. Regardless of the change of labor resources input or allocation structural, only reduce relative disparity in the short-term with US and absolute disparity of productivity after development in the long-term.Finally, the paper analyzes main questions which affects allocation efficiency of labor force resources of our country and proposes to promote allocation efficiency of labor force resources, includes promoting labor division in organizations to enhance productivity, a long-term stable development, enhancing employment rate and reducing unemployment rate, enhancing of starts an undertaking, enhancing labor's flows and shift from the primary industry to second and tertiary industry, and so on.
