Research On The Selecting Of Maintenance Mode And Evaluating Of Maintenance Capability In Maintenance Management

Being"the last new field"of the industrial enterprises, maintenance management is the only way through which the enterprises can win in the market competition and build a world-class enterprise. It can also help the manufacture enterprises to reduce the cost and increase the benefit. So the enterprises can hold their rivalrousness and high Customer Satisfaction Index, and they can also improve their productiveness and creditworthiness of their production.Taking the maintenance system as objective, this dissertation researches the maintenance efficiency, the methods of maintenance model selecting, the evaluating of the maintenance capability basing on the investigation of the domestic and overseas industrial maintenance management and maintenance management theory. The major contents including the following:The first, this dissertation designs a maintenance management system. Based on the concept of maintenance management system, this dissertation tries to design an architecture of maintenance management system including four layers:philosophy, methodology, application and realization and technology tools. This dissertation expatiates on the four layers'correlative theory and provides for latter research.The second, this dissertation analyzes the efficiency of the maintenance management system. The analysis is a measurement of evaluating the maintenance system's capability. Based on analyzing the affecting factors and using the reliability evaluating method, this dissertation puts forward a method of evaluating the system's efficiency and builds a Markov process model to analyze the efficiency of the system.The third, this dissertation researches the methods of maintenance model selecting. In this field, there are two major problems needed to be resolved. One is how to ascertain the decision-making method; the other is how to ascertain the selecting process. This dissertation puts forward the whole process of maintenance model selecting and analyzing, and research the method of maintenance model selectingwhich based on the method of the fuzzy multiple attribute and multi-experts group decision-making method, and validates it.The last, this dissertation evaluates and analyzes the maintenance system's capability. The maintenance capability is an inherent attribute of the maintenance system. It reflects the efficiency and degree of the maintenance system accomplishing the task. This dissertation builds the factors system of the maintenance capability, analyzes the factors by Structural Equation Model. Then, using the multistage fuzzy estimate method, the dissertation constructs a model to evaluate the enterprise's maintenance capability index.
