Research On Promoting China Aerospace Enterprise Execution

In the face of the great change of the world situation and swift and violent development of aerospace technology, Aerospace Enterprises take on a historical important task of accelerating the modernization drive of national defense, as well as promoting national economic development. In order to keep the competitive ability under dog-eat-dog condition, we have to think highly of enterprise execution. There are many managing regulations in Chinese Aerospace Enterprises, actually, half of these managing regulations are nominal. " The Lost Ring "—execution's missing—makes good strategies becomes nothing. So many things are cost but so few results are good. Resolving the execution problem is already of the utmost urgency.This paper finds some valuable information and suggestions, drawing lessons from the execution theories research of the past. Based on the methods of investigation and statistics, the paper studied the three important aspects——the culture, the team and the flow. According to the current situation of aerospace enterprise execution, the paper creatively advances the proposition of forging enterprise execution.The paper is from the angle of substantial evidence, with the CASC for example, introducing the methods of improving execution. The successful application of systems engineering management in CASC, becoming a set of mode which resolves a business enterprise execution problem on the fulfillment, then, it can be provided to similar enterprise to resolve an execution problem as a reference.Based on the analysis of factors of execution, it put forward a tentative framework of the guarantee system of the execution. It also put forward the promotion ways of the execution. All of the above have gradually enriched the theory of execution. They have much practical significance to the aerospace enterprises to achieve and maintain permanent competitive advantage.
