Research Of Development And Control Of Regional Economy Under The Environment Of Network

Network economy, that is, economy based on Internet, developed rapidly since the last decade of the 20th century, and it greatly increased the development of our economy. At the same time, however, it has also brought about great challenges to us. Firstly, this essentially worldwide economy has revealed obviously territorial characteristic in the course of its development, which makes our jurisdictions system that based on geographical distribution at loose ends. Secondly, under the environment of the rapid development of network economy, the development of our traditional regional economy system itself has taken on many new looks; also, its some factors have changed dramatically. Thirdly, its territorial characteristic has not only greatly influenced the development track of our traditional economic geography, but our traditionally regional advantages.The main work and conclusions are as follows:1. As research background, two parts were deeply expatiated upon: one is the revolutionary impact on global business activities of Internet; the other is the territorial distribution of business activities at the Internet age.2. The territorial characteristic of the network economy was analyzed, and also, the theory of the territorial distribution of the economic activities under the environment of the network economy was analyzed. Based on this, research was also made on how to construct new regional advantages under the environment of network.3. As regard to the development and control of regional economy under the environment of network, five topics were deeply researched: firstly is forecast and control model of regional economy under the environment of network, secondly is regional economy system and its related factors under the environment of network, thirdly is model-free control theory of sustainable development of regional economy under the environment of network, the fourth is the evaluation research of harmonious development of regional E-commerce, and the last one is the theory and numerical analysis of the regional E-commerce development through an ANN Model.The main innovations of this thesis are summarized as follows:1. The transition rules and trends of economic geography were expounded in a new perspective, that is, from the perspective of the relationship between the development of transportation and communication with that of the economy geography. The territorial characteristic of the network economy was firstly rendered, and also, the theory of the territorial distribution of the economic activities under the network economy was analyzed. Two kinds of uncertainties about gravitation mode under the network economy were firstly analyzed, and also the modeling about regional economic increase containing knowledge overflowing was further deduced.2. Introduce huge system theory into the research the development and control of regional economy under the environment of network. Dynamic forecast model and adaptive control model of the diversity of regional economy under the environment of network were constructed. And also is the network environment-regional economy collaborative control model.3. The index system of the development level of regional E-commerce was induced. An improved ANN model, that is, ANN with the feedback controller was constructed to resolve the difficult problems about how to evaluate and predict the development of regional E-commerce.
