Study On Mechanism And Mode Of The Technology Extension In The Agricultural Science And Technology Garden

Agricultural technology expansion is an important carrier and bridge of the conversion of agricultural science and technology into real productivity. However, since entering the 21^st century, agriculture technology expansion faces new challenges, objectively calling for the perfection and expansion of existing agricultural technology expansion system. The emergence of agricultural science and technology garden has opened a new path for the intimate combination of agricultural technology expansion, agricultural science and technology, and rural economy. But currently, the agricultural economics circle has seldom researched the mechanism and the mode of this kind of agricultural technology expansion. In practice, this kind of agriculture technology expansion itself is still being explored, some problems urgently needed to be explored and solved. Therefore, it is relevant to analyze the theories and practice of the technology expansion in the agriculture science and technology garden. The dissertation emphasizes the expert courtyard in the garden,to theoretically investigate this kind of new agricultural technology expansion, to summarize its successful operation modes, to evaluate its performance and benefits until existent problems are identified and policy suggestions are made.Based on the above thoughts, this dissertation makes following research.First, it analyzes technology expansion in the agriculture science and technology garden in terms of economics. The arguments are that agricultural technology belongs to the quasi public product, classified into the public type, the market type and the blend of both, and that it is a combination of agricultural technology expansion, public welfare and the market. The paper analyzes its content and characteristics, thus providing the theoretical foundation for the technology expansion in the agricultural science and technology garden.Second, the dissertation researches the organizational form of technology expansion in the agricultural science and technology, pointing out that the expert courtyard is a platform for the experiment, demonstration, application, expansion of agricultural research fruits and has functions as various as providing service, training talented personnel, expanding technique, connecting markets, promoting other industries etc.Third, it analyzes the mechanism of technology expansion in the agricultural science and technology garden, pointing out that the mechanism of the technology expansion is the combination of various functions that guarantee the technology expansion in the garden. Analyses proceeds from the functional mechanisms of the technology expansion in the agricultural science and technology garden that includes technology support, finance, fanners use of technology, technology meet, risk averting etc. It argues that smooth functioning of the mechanisms is essential for the development of technology expansion in the garden.Fourth, it researches the mode of technology expansion in the agricultural science and technology garden and sums up six kinds of modes. These modes have general features as well as special characteristics and subject to change in different circumstances.Fifth, it carries on the performance evaluation of the technology expansion. First, it builds a set of index system of the technology expansion evaluation of the garden, according to which a positive research is made on the state agricultural science and technology garden in Xu Chang, Henan province, concluding that the index system is objective and of realistic significance.Sixth, the paper analyzes the existent problems from the angle of technology support, finance, farmers' utilization of technology, technology meet, risk averting etc; suggestions are made from ten aspects.
