| As a new modern agricultural development mode emerged in the agricultural modernization program in China in the 1990's, Agricultural S&T Zone is specified for its condensed techniques, focused on the development, demonstration, expanding, and promotion of techniques, powered by innovation of systems and mechanisms, and aimed at promoting the modification of regional agricultural structure and upgrading the agricultural industry.Technique transfer is one of the core functions of the agricultural S&T zone. The mode in which the national agricultural S&T zone runs the technique transfer mechanism is the decisive factor for the effect of technique transfer. Making study and research on the technique transfer mechanism will benefit the expediting the process in which hi-tech reforms traditional agriculture.Technique transfer mechanism of the national agricultural S&T zone refers to a series of process in which the technique transferring parties transfer techniques to the farmers via technique transferring media. It is a system that concentrates on the driving system, in which the driving system and competing system restrict and integrate with each other. Presently, technique innovation media driven by marketing system has been established. By making technique innovation, the zone has realized reformation and effective distribution of major production factors such as labor, capital, land, and techniques.During practice, the national agricultural S&T zone has established several technique transfer modes, including "experts + farmers", "experts + agricultural agencies + farmers", "experts + leading industries + farmers", "experts + market + farmers", "farmers + industries + bases + farmers", which are respectively characterized, and applicable to be promoted in agricultural S&T zones and rural areas in different conditions.In this article, based on analyzing the technique transfer mechanisms, each mode is demonstrated, and finally advices existing in technique transferring are given.
