Research On The Influence Of XuZhou's Social Development By External Investment

Xuzhou, relying on its good investment environment, has attracted massiveexternal investment. This literature defines all the foreign investment and thedomestic investment coming from outside of Xuzhou area as the external investment,and they have great impetus function to Xuzhou's economical growth. Research onthe influence of the external investment to the society development has importantpractical significance for the quick development of Xuzhou economy and thedevelopment of harmonious social.First, the literature described the present situation of Xuzhou's extemalinvestment, concretely analyzed the structure of external investment, for example thearea distribution and the industry distribution etc, then the literature worked on theinfluence mechanism of external investment to many aspects of Xuzhou's societydevelopment, for example society culture, society environment and society security etc,and serviced for proceeding theory analysis. Then based on the theory of societydevelopment, using the method unified the real diagnosis analysis and the theoreticalanalysis, the literature has analyzed the influence of the external investment toXuzhou's society development. We analyzed the influence mechanism of externalinvestment to these three aspects. Once more, using the questionnaire surveyprocedure, we analyzed the external investment's influence to Xuzhou's spiritualculture, and using the practical analysis method, we obtained the influence degree ofexternal investment to Xuzhou's culture. Finally, using the related actual data, weanalyzed the concreted influence of external investment to the social environment andthe social security of Xuzhou. Next, this literature constructed the social developmentindex according to the essential target of the harmonious social development and theoutcome of related literatures, and then used the factor analytic method to obtain thesocial development index. We carried on the Granger cause and effect analysis usingthe social development index and the external investment, and we found the wholeinfluence of external investment to Xuzhou's social development. To be emotioned,the literature more concretely analyzed the influence of external investment toXuzhou's society development, for example established the society development index of Xuzhou's counties, then compared with them, fully analyzed the concreteinfluence of external investment to Xuzhou's society development, finally analyzedthe phase influence, level influence and region influence of external investment toXuzhou's society development.By analysis, we find that, overall, the external investment has the positiveinfluence to Xuzhou's social development, proved that the external investment has thetotal impetus function to Xuzhou social development. Moreover, by analyzing theconcreted data of social development's three aspects, we concluded that, theexternal investment has obviously affected Xuzhou's culture, and also the externalculture the external investment bringing in impelled Xuzhou's existing culture,caused Xuzhou's culture not only keeping traditional culture foundation, but alsoeffectively connecting with the external advanced cultural. Moreover, the influence ofexternal investment to Xuzhou's social environment and social security is adouble-blade sword, not only has direct and the indirect impetus function to the socialenvironment and the social security of Xuzhou, but also has certain negative function.Therefore, we suggested that the Xuzhou Government should strengthen the degree ofattracting external investment, and simultaneously needs to consider the externalinvestment's quality and the investment industry.
