Research On Diagnosis And Warning Of REE Circular Complex System

From the view of circular economy, system analysis method is used in this paper and a circulatory and compound system of resources-environment-economic(REE) is established and its meaning is demarcated; its system characters,system framework and processing-evolvement mechanism are elucidated with the guidance of sustainable development and with the target of harmony between human and nature. All things mentioned above afford basically theoretic foundation for the research of diagnosis and precaution of REE circulatory and compound system. Precaution ideas are introduced to this paper and the meaning of REE circulatory and compound system diagnosis precaution is demarcated and the conceptions of relative and absolute alarm are put forward and the explanation of evolvement matrix is given to them. The exploitation and design of REE circulatory and compound system of diagnosis and precaution includes three courses which are system alarm diagnosis analysis,system harmonization diagnosis analysis and system precaution. Combined with the characteristic of REE circulatory and compound system, the primary indexes system of diagnosis precaution for REE is established. It is necessary to build applicable and exercisable models for diagnosis precaution and to open out the "abnormal"(non-continuable) things in REE operation. Here are the material contents:1,System alarm diagnosis. Primary component analysis method is adopted to compute relative alarm of the system and press index and press index matrix are adopted to do the same things to absolute alarm; comprehensive alarm is calculated according to the proportion of relative& absolute alarm and then forecasted.2,The level of system harmonization is judged by static &dynamic harmonization coefficient and the static one is positively correlative with the mutual and close extent of the system.3,System precaution principally depends on harmonization-development models between different systems to establish a linear relationship among economic,resources and environment and then survey the trend of resources and environment development according to actual economic alarm and finally computes comprehensive alarm of the given system to forecast alarm Cases analysis of REE circulatory and compound system of diagnosis and precaution are processed with the situation of JiangSu province on the aforementioned basis. All results accord with the actual facts of JiangSu province and some interrelated suggestions are given to harmonization development of REE in JiangSu province.
