Along with the globalization new economical unrest, the region limit are removed, the industrial competition can be more intense. The enterprise manages environment and the competition resources faced with the unprecedented momentous change. Transformation and reengineering seem already become a stream of great mass fever. When the enterprise faces the transformation management, how and has the core competition resources in accordance to the dynamic changeable management environment thus the making management transformation strategy and carries out successfully for the modern enterprise operator's necessary skill.This dissertation constructed through the literature review has constructed the enterprise dynamic management transformation strategy framework, this frame had indicated when the enterprise formulated the transformation strategy, enterprise's market orientation level (information collection, information dissemination, information response) and had the resource base (entity property, intangible asset, organization ability and individual ability) drew up the management transformation strategy (product, market, technical, organization, diversification, horizontal /vertical merger), the management transformation strategy carried out the success or failure to be able to respond in the achievements, therefore by way of the balanced scorecard (BSC) (financial, customer, enterprise internal flow, study and growth)of strategic performance appraisal, May estimates the enterprise transformation strategy the success or failure.This research focuses to enterprise's market orientation level and the enterprise resource base creates the difference regarding the enterprise transformation strategy choice, then the influence enterprise whole achievements, are for the purpose of constructing construct a set to be suitable for the information electronics industry transformation strategy and the strategy performance connection weight pattern.This empirical study are Taiwan's information electron listed company as an object, penetrates with business operator to fill in questionnaire to confirm the supposition which this research framework's deduces. Amounts to 656 companies after sampling, mails questionnaire to investigation, altogether sends 1,383; recycling effective sample 339. The questionnaire sample take the SPSS 12.0 statistics software as the statistical analysis tool, Use frequency distribution, reliability analysis, factor analysis, single factor variant analysis (One Way ANOVA) and subsequent inspection, Pearson's correlated analysis, regression analysis, canonical correlation analysis and path analysis of research method to test.According to research result, it shows: (1) There are positive relationships that between the market orientation, the resource base and the strategy performance. (2) There are positive relationships that between the market orientation, the resource base and the transformation strategy. (3) There are positive relationships that between the transformation strategy and the strategy performance. (4) The market orientation, the resource base through the transformation strategy intermediary function influence strategy performance. (5) The different special characteristic of company in the market orientation, the resource base, the transformation strategy and the strategic performance has significant difference.
