| The modern large enterprise was the most important creation of the human being in the past 50 years. The development of the large enterprises not only performed an important function in the process of economic globalization, but also played a more prominent rose in the national economy of each country. The history of economic development in the world proved that the economic growth and the promotion of the economic power of a country or a region mainly depend on the quantity and quality of the large enterprises. The present development condition and the objective function of large enterprises provided us many problems that were worth to research. In this disertation the problems in the technological innovation of the large enterprises and the development of regional industry were researched by the methods of theoretic research and empirical study. The regulations and the characteristics of the technological innovation of large enterprises, the relationship between the technological innovation of the large enterprises and the technological innovation system of the region and industry, and the mechanism that promoted the development of regional industry by the large enterprises and the technological innovation of the large enterprises were discussed. This disertation included four main creative works:1, By the methods of basic research and empirical study, the position of the large enterprises and the technological innovation system of the large enterprises were researched systematically. The resources that the large enterprises held and their market position had an important positive function to the economic growth of a country or a region; The large enterprises had more complete technological innovation system, and their technological innovation activities had special characteristics and the advantages. With the statistics data of Hebei and china the empirical study was carried on and showed that, the economic growth and the optimized structure had close relationship with the expanding of the large enterprises'size and the promoting of their profitability; the technological innovation of the large enterprises had height significant positive correlation with GDP.2, Based on self-organization theory, the relationship between the technological innovation of the large enterprises and the technological innovation system of the region and industry was analyzed. The technological innovation system of the region and industry both were ecosystems which had evolution trend and included many innovation subjects such as governments, enterprises, they had self-organizationality; The two kinds of systems both could provide more directly and effectively environmental support to the technological innovation of the large enterprises; Cluster innovation and industrial cluster were important characteristics of system self-organization, were characterization of micro-organization synergetic effect inside the system, and provided a platform to integrate the resources and increase efficiency for the technological innovation of the large enterprises in the system; The technological innovation of the large enterprises had stronger spillovers, and provided technology spillover to others, the large enterprises were predominant in the system's technological innovation activity and order parameter in the evolution of the technological innovation system.3, The mechanism and the process that the technological innovation of the large enterprises promoted the development of the regional industry were researched in this disertation, and the spillover model of the technological innovation of the large enterprises was constructed. The industry which gathered and turned into industrial cluster supported the rise of the superior region, and industrial cluster was a kind of efficient organizational pattern of regional industry development. The inside mechanism that promoted the industrial cluster become the competitiveness core of regional economy were network effects, interaction study and innovation dependence, and knowledge spillage and exterior effect; As a organic vitality, the evolution of the industrial cluster could be divided into origin and occurring, development and convergence, maturity and adjustment and decay. At the different stage of the evolution, the large enterprises performed different and important function. The technological innovation of the large enterprises constantly provided continuous motivity for the development of regional industrial cluster, and was important assurance that promoted competition ability of regional industry; the technological innovation spillover of the large enterprises mainly came from technology gap between the large enterprises and other enterprises. The set effect of the technological innovation spillover of the large enterprises was the true important factor that affected the technical advancement of the industrial cluster, and preformed an important function in the regional economy growth.4,Using the data of the large enterprises of our country, the spilling effect and efficiency of technological innovation of large enterprises had been analyzed. Using linear regression model which was logarithmic treatment of Cobb_Douglas production function, the spilling effect of technological innovation of large enterprises of china had been analyzed by sector and by region, and drew the conclusion that the spilling effect of technological innovation of large enterprises in various regions of china was significant. Using DEA model and the data of the large enterprises of 31 regions in china in 2004, calculated the spilling efficiency of technological innovation of the large enterprises in various regions of china, and drew the conclusion that although the large enterprises in various regions all occupied an important position in regional economy, and all had significant spilling effect, but the spilling effect of technological innovation of the large enterprises in different regions had significant regional difference in relative validity.The research in this disertation firstly deepened the comprehension and the theoretic research to the technological innovation activity of the large enterprises; secondly in the theories research of the regional innovation system and the industrial innovation system, increased and perfected the analyses of technological innovation of the large enterprises; Thirdly through the research of the spilling effect and efficiency of technological innovation of large enterprises, enriched the theoretic research of the mechanism that technological innovation promoted development of the regional industry. The significance lied in, it would help to better explain the technique economic phenomenon that existed in reality; and it would provide theories support and basis of decision-making to policy making to development of science and technology and industry.
