| Ever-developing of the technology, rapid changing of consumer preference andever-intensifying of competition promote the goods' life cycle shorter and shorter.The trend that fashion goods' life cycle becomes much shorter is very particular.Shorter of life cycle, longer of production lead time and highly uncertainty of demandbring the enterprises that sell or produce fashion goods a lot of troubles, the problemof overstock and out-stock is the most obvious. Through fashion goods can bring highprofit margin, the loss caused by overstock and out-stock heavily weakens ability ofenterprises to get profit. Whether labor intensive industries such as apparel and toy, orhigh-tech industries such as mobile phone and computer, both of them play a key rolein our country's industry layout. And both of such industries are industry of fashiongoods. The problems of overstock and out-stock faced by the enterprises which sellor produce fashion goods have seriously weakened competitiveness of relatedindustries and influenced the healthy development of them. The problem of Inventorycontrol is the key problem of the enterprise concerned. Then overstock and out-stockof goods are not caused only by the false strategy of Inventory control, thecharacteristic of fashion goods such as high uncertainty demand and shorter life cycleis main reason to cause the mismatch of supply and demand. At the same time lowefficiency of business operation and error of part of decisions all contribute to theproblem.From the view of a brand operator of fashion goods, depending on the theory ofoperation research, information technology, information economics, supply chaincoordination and process optimization, this dissertation discusses how to betteroperation mode of related business such as to match supply and demand under supplychain management. The main contents are as follow:The first chapter reviews the papers which are related with the topic of thisdissertation, and introduces the research thinking and main content of thisdissertation. The second chapter discusses how to decrease the influence of uncertainty ofdemand via improving demand forecast. After the analysis of contribution of demandforecast to the performance of enterprise, author firmly point out that enterpriseshould give the demand forecast the same position with other function. Then thispaper concludes the principles of demand forecast management and present theoperation model of apparel demand forecast with operation characteristic ofapparel-typical fashion goods.The third chapter discusses how to improve the order strategy via the opportunityof replenishment. With the background of apparel industry, this paper builds areference model to guide the order operation of fashion goods which takes advantageof demand forecast updating and an opportunity of replenishment. Then it presents aheuristic method and parameter assessment method based on forecast updating.Finally this paper gets some valuable deduction by numerical simulation analysis.The forth chapter discusses how to improve the management of contract withretailer. As a brand with the visual operation, the contract to the retailer is theimportant tool to consolidation the channel and integration of lower supply chain.Based on the operation characteristic of brand monopolization mode, this chaptermainly studies the two most usual contracts—buy-back contract and quantity discountcontract in such mode. For the buy-back contract, this paper views the retail price asone of the decision variables and presents the detailed resolving thinking and method.For the quantity discount contract, this paper takes the channel cost of retailer and thesalvage value of goods in consideration and discusses the design thinking of suchcontract with one retailer and multi retailers based on the others' studies.The fifth chapter presents a two-stage model for choosing supplier whichqualifies for strategic partner and has enough supplying flexibility, with theconsideration of current consideration of supplier management and demand ofbuilding a fashion goods supply chain. Then through reasonable amending to theexisting method, it gives the computing method for supplier flexibility and totalexpectation purchase cost including the cost for flexibility.Considering the complexity of information obtain and building cost, the sixthchapter present a information platform building model based on core enterprise management which is much fit the demand of fashion goods industry of our country.After explaining the necessity of inter-organization process optimization andmanagement, it analyses the four levels of inter-organization process optimization andpresent some steps to optimizing inter-organization process based on SCOR model.The seventh chapter concludes the main working and innovations, then discussessome problems that requires further studies. |
