Study On Technological Intermediary Based On The Knowledge Activity System Perspective

In order to survive and develop in the technical vicissitude and competition intensifying time, the enterprise must collaborate and carry out social knowledge activity together with university, scientific research institution and government along with the arrival of knowledge economy time. It becomes inevitable trend of development. The technical facilitating agency is the link and bridge of technology and economy. It promotes the cooperation with university, the scientific research institution, the enterprise and the government. Also, it overcomes the barrier between technology and the economy. Meanwhile it provides the service for social production.The technology intermediary function in the social knowledge activity system is to sharpen the technical enterprise self- development ability and speed up the social promulgation, transformation and shift of the technical achievement. Furthermore, the technology intermediary plays an important role in enhancing enterprise vitality , perfecting market economy, improving social technological competition, lifting comprehensive national strength and so on. The exploration and research of technology intermediary development mechanism and operation pattern has good reality and theory significance as a research topic to our country's technical work. So the paper tries to resolve this main question.The paper involves economics, managing science, philosophy, sociology and correlative discipline theory. The cross-subject method which combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and unifies theory with practice is adopted in this paper. Based on relative theory of knowledge activity system, the thorough research is progressed in this article about the technology intermediary system.The paper has explained correlative concept of technology intermediary, analyzed its characteristic and exterior restraint environment, and explained the reason of choosing technology intermediary as research object. Afterwards the paper summarizes and classifies the traditional technology intermediary research model and discovers its relative deficiency. And a new research model is proposed in this article. Based on the knowledge view, the technology intermediary is divided into three species: knowledge production service, knowledge shift service and knowledge application service according to the corresponding knowledge activity process. Three kinds of intermediary technologies is analyzed in coordinate three chapters after reclassifying intermediary technology. The development mechanism and operation pattern is elaborated in three chapters using the method of relating theory and practice. Domestic and foreign typical cases are analyzed and summarized mainly selecting the case analysis method, experience lesson is assimilated and the development way is proposed about our country's technology intermediary in third chapter and fifth chapter. The questionnaire survey way is adopted in fourth chapter. The certain quantity knowledge shift intermediary technology is selected as the sample and the development influence factor and influence degree are analyzed and stratified in fourth chapter. Then the development way of knowledge production shift intermediary technology is obtained.
