Facing the changing external environment situation, technology has become acompetitive advantage of companies as important resource. Therefore, there aremore and more enterprises and more scholars focus on how to strengthen the uniquecompetitive advantage by improving the technical capacity."Knowledge is theessence technical ability," this view has been unanimously approved of scholars, therefore enhance technological capabilities is one of the effective ways foreffective management of knowledge. Because of the characteristics of "know it byfeeling it", tacit knowledge has become an important companies’ resource to provideunique advantage, at the sametime, tacit knowledge is difficult to communicate, therefore, more attention should be paid on how to effectively convert personal knowledge intoorganizational tacit knowledge, so that it would become intellectual capital of companies. This paper, in the view of knowledge management, based on an empirical analysisof the impact of different types of knowledge and its conversion on thetechnological capabilities, revealing how to improve the technical capacity byconverting personal tacit knowledge into organizational tacit knwoledge. In this paper, reviewed and analyzed domestic and foreign literatures aboutknowledge classification, also, defined explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge, knowledge conversion and technological ability. Based on the theoretical study, constructed the structural equation model of explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge, knowledge conversion and technological capabilities. For each variable structuralequation model, developed a questionnaire, collected sample data, and tested thereliability and validity, and fitted and corrected model. Ultimately get the model ofthe impact of different types of enterprises’ knowledge and the ability of theenterprise knowledge conversion on technological capability model. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, proposed policy recommendations on thepromotion of enterprise knowledge conversion.
