| According to statistical material of the ministry of technology, about thirty thousand items scientific and technical achievements pass identification of the ministry level in our country, there into only about 20 percent can be transformed to manufactured product and only 5 percent can form industrialization. So, how to form industrialization and increase the rate of industrialization of hi-tech is the first problem which should be solved in the future. Secondly, though hi-tech industry advanced rapidly in these years, but occupation probability of traditional industry still is big in the integral structure of national economy. With the coming of knowledge and economy times, the motivation effect to economy development of traditional industry which is labor concentrated will be lost little by little. None but hi-tech is applied to traditional industry to bring about hi-tech industrialization and increase added value of the traditional industry product, it can bring new development opportunity for traditional industry. Thirdly, hi-tech industrialization is a dynamic evolution process, so how to establish policy to promote its persistence development is a topic which needs profound and over-all study.Systematic and profound analysis to hi-tech industrialization from the point of industry ecological system redounds to deepen comprehension and mastery. Furthermore, through the analysis from multi-latitude and multi-angle views for ecosystem of the hi-tech industry, this paper provides the basis of the ecology analysis for the hi-tech industry.In chapter 3, according to the evolution principle of ecosystem, this paper analyses hi-tech industry ecosystem evolution . The primary study lies in evolvement stage of ecosystem of hi-tech industry and evolution power of hi-tech industry system, in addition of the self-organizing evolutionary mechanism. Just like nature ecosystem, the hi-tech ecosystem is always in the dynamic development. This dynamic development not only embodies that the ecosystem is a limited live body, which must suffer exploiting, expanding, leading and self-updating or dying, but also behaves in that the whole system would change with the technical development, the economy environment alteration and the improvement of members self quality, including continues alteration of members and change of positions, which probably either makes the system firmer and stronger, or makes the system towards death. The evolvement of ecosystem of hi-tech industry mainly consists of two aspects: the structure evolvement of hi-tech industry ecosystem and levels evolvement of hi-tech industry ecosystem.In Chapter 4, the paper analyzes the ecological evolutional mechanism and two paths of hi-tech industrialization.The industrialization of hi-tech is the process of dynamic development and evolution of ecosystem of the hi-tech industry in substance. The hi-tech industrialization has two following types: one is the process which begins from germination, suffering continuously growing-up, shaping centralization of the hi-tech industry, to maturation in the end. The other is in a complete mature hi-tech ecosystem where a new value system will suffer an appearing, forming and developing process, and the whole ecosystem of the hi-tech industry will expand and evolve to a higher & new degree. In the first form, the hi-tech industrialization can be achieved through two developing paths: the centralization of hi-tech industry and the high-technicalization of tradition industry, which also will suffer the process of industrial centralization.In Chapter 5, this section study on microcosmic carrier of hi-tech industrialization-- hi-tech industrial development zone, and analysis the economic growth in the dynamic evolution of 53 hi-tech zones by the method of clustering analysis and factor analysis. At last, this chapter bring up some environmental innovation suggestion from some aspects such as risk-investment of industrialization, demand creation, supply creation.In Chapter 6, take National Hi-tech Industry Development Zone of Taiyuan as the example and contradistinctive analyzes the two developmental stages by the method of linear regression. Then use the clustering analysis method to research 53 hi-tech industrial development zone's developmental stage and type in our country. At last by using the factor analysis method, we analyze the hi-techs developmental competence by studying on those hi-tech zones' environmental policy, benefit, potential competence, innovation competence, enterprise efficiency.In the foundation of it, this paper give a demonstration take the example of hi-tech industrial developmental zone of Taiyuan, and constructs the developmental stratege of hi-tech industrial developmental zone of Taiyuan from the aspects such as the analysis of hi-tech industrial developmental stratege principle, the characteristic industry developmental route, environmental innovation.
