| The thesis, in the first place, analyses and defines high-tech, high-tech industry and the industrialization of high-tech. Secondly, states the interrelated theory of high-tech industrialization that is innovation theory and industry structure theory. Thirdly, analyses the function mechanism and the process of high-tech industrialization, to explain the relationship between the two theories and the high-tech industrialization, the innovation is the base of high-tech industrialization and high-tech industrialization will optimize the industry structure.
