The ecology effect and environmental benefit have been achieved gradually by practicing of circular economy in the world since the circulation economy idea was proposed. The "reduce, reuse and resources" economical development principle of circular economy has been approved highly and has become the important method for sustainable development in China. The mining is the foundation industry of national economy which has objective request and realistic needs for mining industry developing the circular economy by its particularity. To develop the mining circular economy could bring extremely important demonstration value and impetus the circular development to the entire industry and other field production. As the key regulation method and technical measure for circular economy development, the material flow analysis took the important advancement function regarding the mining circular economy implementation and development. Studying on the mining circular economy and its material flow analysis has the vital practical significance and practice value which could develop and enhance the circular economy theory and connotation.The thesis is composed of seven parts. The main ideas of the thesis is as follows:The first part is the general introduction of circular economy. The study on the definition and connotation, the characteristic, the development model, the theory system, the developing status in China, as well as the general trend in the world of circular development has been carried out in this part.The second part completed the study on the mining circular economy. The study on the meaning, the importance, the realization way, as well as the practice of the mining circular economy in China has been carried out in this part. The new "3R" principle is put forward by analyzing the quiddity of "reduce" of mining circular economy. It is suggested that with the "Recovery" to replace the "Reduce" in mining circular economy according to the present situation of which the minerals demand is bigger than supplies in China. The key point of mining circular for mining, processing, smelting and industry-park is analyzed respectively according to the mining industry production reality. The framework is constructed for mining circular economy separated.The third part is the summary research of material flow analysis. The analysis on the concept and development, the type and method, the accounting frame, the index system of evaluation, the practices in the word, as well as the relationship between the material flow analysis and circular economy and so on have been carried out in this part.The fourth part of the thesis completed the study on the development of Yunnan mining circular economy. The status of Yunnan mining in Yunnan provincial national economy is introduced. The resources base and technical foundation, the main procedures and method for the development of Yunnan mining circular economy, the present situation and faced main problem of Yunnan mining are analyzed and studied. The technological advancement and innovation achievements obtained in resources prospecting, mining, dressing, smelting, and resources comprehensive utilization etc., of Yunnan mining industry in recent years are studied completely. The experience and method of circular economy development of Yunnan provincial key backbone non-ferrous enterprise and enterprise group are studied. The pattern of circular economy for mining is promoted.The material flow analysis of mining industry is studied in fifth part. The concept and analysis method of "value flow analysis" and concept of microcosmic material flow analysis of "dual-elements" is put forward firstly according to the present application situation and the actual need of material flow analysis. The importance of technician, management, cash, resources and energy sources in value flow analysis is evaluated.The concrete application method of microcosmic material flow analysis of "dual-elements" for mining, mineral processing, smelting and their combine enterprise is established. With the foundation of general material exchange and balanced model of Walras-Cassel, the formula and corresponding model of region material flow analysis is inferred. The procedure and framework of macroscopic material flow analysis is proposed for social material flow analysis.The sixth part revises the study for Yunnan mining material flow analysis. The significance for the development of Yunnan mining material flow analysis is analyzed. The idea, step and concrete procedure for the development of Yunnan mining material flow analysis is proposed. The example of "dual-elements" material flow analysis is carried out in Hui-ze lead-zinc concentrator of Yunnan Chi-hong zinc-germanium limited liability company.The comprehensive suggestion for the development of Yunnan mining circular economy is proposed in seventh part. The suggestion of enhancement macroscopic guidance, to establishes the system of extend producer responsibility, to set up circulation economical research institute, solution the significant and key technologies, to develop the comprehensive experiment site, as well as to establish the overall evaluate system for Yunnan mining circular economy is put forward. The suggestion of evaluate index system of medium and long-term for the development of Yunnan mining circular economy is proposed.Mining industry is a big concept which including metal, nonmetal, coal, chemistry and so on. In order to enable the study to have main point, the research scope of the thesis is mainly concentrating on ferrous and non-ferrous metals domain but not involved the coal and chemistry industry.
