Urbanization is "the increasing numbers and scales of urban cities led by the development of social productive force,the centralization of people in urban cities,the scattering of urban material civilization and culture and the process of forming different regional industrial structure." The Chinese-featured urbanization and the special form of economics are closely related to the urban-suburbs relationship.The century now is a century with fastest developing rate of the world cities and urbanization.Urbanization,as the most important social economical phenomenon,has become the focus of the academic world.Ever since middle 80s,the problem of urbanization and the Chinese-featured urbanization has become a hit study of the academic world.Unfortunately,until today,we still can not reach to a unanimous view of urbanization.And the different views of urbanization have somewhat a negative impact on social and technical policy making for the lack of the understanding of urbanization.Another point is that the lack of the entirety on urban system planning.Currently,China is experiencing the fastest economics growth and fastest industrial and urban development;meanwhile,Nowadays,China is experiencing the fastest economics growth,industrial development and urbanization;meanwhile,China is in the process of changing into a marketing economy from a planned economy system.During this special period, different kinds of contradictions come out in the society,especially the problem of the development of suburban areas and urbanization.For example, how to remove the problems of dual economies? How to reduce the income difference cities and suburban areas? Those problems are not only closely related to the development of the economy but it also affects the stability of the society.As we implementing the Chinese economics reform,complicated economics relationships and problems lead to greater problems on system reforming,industrialization and urbanization.This is a higher demand on governmental policy-making,as well as a challenge for economics scholars. The problem of how to implement modem economy theory,study from advanced experience and better analyze the problem of China's urbanization and city development has become very important on governmental policy-making,and need to be solved immediately.According to the recent study,the documents in China are largely affected by the traditional way of thinking,most of the journals and documents are in the form of "problems-reasons-solutions".Most of them are based on the limited summaries and analysis,and the results are all somewhat repetitive. The documents and journals from foreign countries are based on the study of different kinds of evidence.But because of the history and academic environment in foreign countries are different from those in China,theories of the study of China from foreign countries are not so precise.Therefore,how to implement the advanced method of studying on Chinese special situation has become ever so important.And this essay will explain more details on this aspect.This essay includes seven chapters,in the first chapter it talks about the study background,purpose,meaning,method,basic ideas and creativity.The second chapter talks about the structure of the Chinese-featured urbanization. The third chapter talks about the essence of urbanization,which covers from the basic concepts to full-scale systematical analysis of China's featured urbanization,and forms a Chinese featured theory system.The forth chapter talks about the differences between China and other developed countries are resources and power system.The Chinese featured labor,capital and land are our special aspect and the drive of our urbanization.The fifth chapter talks about to discover a set of standard and a supervising measurement which apply to China's current situation.The sixth chapter is about the summary of past problems and learning from the advanced method of study.The seventh chapter,which is the last chapter states the paths of urbanization development.This study is based on theoretical analysis and realistic evidence.We use methods of regional economy study,urban economy study,mathematical economy study,statistic economy study and the combination of advanced modem urbanization theory.In order to make the study more persuasive,we used the following methods of study;1,comparative analyzing study.2, statistic and case study.3,empirical study and positive study.4,logical and model analysis.This essay is creative in these 3 aspects:First,the Chinese featured urbanization is the result of the social and economy transformation.To understand the essence of Chinese-featured urbanization is a prerequisite.The main point of this essay is urbanization,not agriculture,farmers or industrialization but about the relationship of urbanization and its economy.Secondly,urbanization is inevitable to human development,China's slow development drags downs the urban economy development.Therefore,we need to develop our urbanization.The prerequisite is to understand our own way of urbanization and grasp the right drive of this development.The differences between China and other developed countries are resources and power system.The Chinese featured labor,capital and land are our special aspect and the drive of our urbanization.This article states about the system and the drive of Chinese featured urbanization.Thirdly,the core of urbanization is people,along with the development of industry,urban system,urban environment,living quality,a process of becoming a modem civilized society from a traditional society.However, among many standards of urbanization,the guideline is very simple,it can't meet the current urbanization standard,the guideline is either unpractical or lack of scientific prove.Therefore,this article fully reflects the real situation the guideline of the development of urbanization.
