| Development of the economy promotes the prosperity of the tertiary industry. The entertainment industry appears in the trend of industrialized strengthening and human's income increasing. In recent years, China tries his best to exploit the entertainment market and develop the entertainment economy, and make the entertainment industry become an important component of the national economy. But compared with developed countries, China's development in the entertainment industry still in the exploratory stage, and how to better comply with consumer demand, portioning the entertainment industry scientifically and effectively creating the entertainment industry chain, promoting the progress of relevant industries with the use of cluster development model are the important issues in our country's development of the entertainment economy.Firstly, This paper defines the entertainment industry and its related concepts clearly and introduces the entertainment industry's market structure, market behavior and market performance on the basis of the SCP theory and the industrial strategy theory, analyzes the lows of the entertainment market demand, the mode of entertainment economic growth, the main relevant operators, the mechanism of competition, the exploitation and use of resources and the technical progress and updating, which provide a good theoretical basis for the building of the entertain development ideas. In the Next section, we concluded a series of entertainment industry development experience and operating mode which is conducive to China's development through exploration the developing situation and trends of the United States, Japan, South Korea and other developed countries' entertainment industry. Then introduced details our country's development of the entertainment industry, analyzed the shortcomings and inadequacies in the course of entertain development, and then proposed related strategic measures for the development of China's entertainment industry by drawing on USA'sJapan's and South Korea's entertainment industry development model and strategy experience. In the fourth section, Thief paper Constructs China's entertainment industry cluster model framework on the basis of describing the innovative development and industrialization of entertainment industry as well as the significance of the entertainment industry cluster-style development and using of the relevant domestic and international industrial clusters model for the development of entertainment industry. At the same time, we constructed the entertainment industry-related industries cluster evaluation index system and calculate the weights of each index in conjunction with the basic idea of AHP method in the fifth section in order to implement regional analysis and comparison. Finally, put the theoretical results into practice through evaluating consumer environment, the political environment, cultural background, economic and technological development trends in the macro-level as well as resources advantages, industrial advantages and experience advantage in the micro-level of Changsha. The paper provides the cluster development model of entertainment industry and the idea creating the "entertainment capital of China" in Changsha, and following the quantitative research and example-analysis in the next part.In this paper, the most important innovation is the cluster-development of the entertainment industry combining the reality of our country based on the theory of SCP and a large number of practical reference data and puts forward China's entertainment industry cluster development model and Evaluation System, and implements the empirical analysis. |
