Recycled economy (RE), which is regarded as a new economic mode for harmonization of resources and ecological environmental performance, has been seriously concerned than ever before in China. To establish the mode, the recycled economy industrial park (REIP), which is the primary carrier of RE, should be developed fast in industrial system. REIP is a network that consists of many enterprises and governor, in which material flows, energy flows and information flows exists. Basing on the twoness of RE, this dissertation focuses on theories and methods of recycled economy for industrial park by using economics, natural science and engineering science. Economic researches include how to stimulate firms to recycle waste negatively and how to establish interest balance mechanism. Natural and engineering scientific researches include material flows mode and stability of networks.When researching on negative incentive, the dissertation firstly derives efficient production functions from production processes with waste as a by-product. In a comparative analysis the dissertation compare the effect of taxes on waste vs. virgin material on effort to produce in a resource saving manner. The dissertation finally carries out a comparative analysis of waste intensive firms operating in different market structures.Aiming at the externality problem in recycled economy network, the dissertation establishes interest balance mechanism by using externality theory and discusses how to use Pigou Tax and Coase Theorem to achieve internalization of positive externality in recycled economy network.Basing on comparability of recycled economy network and ecological network, the dissertation designs a material flows model for recycled economy network by using input output analysis (IOA) in ecology for reference and applies the model to recycled economy network of Mengxi industrial park. In allusion to stability problem in recycled economy resulted from high dependence relationship between firms, the dissertation studies stability condition by using Lagrange theory of differential equation in ecology and finally applies the stability condition to CO2 recycled chain in Mengxi industrial park.
