The increasingly serious environmental and resource issues a direct threat to the survival of mankind, in order to achieve the sustainable development of society as a whole, it is proposed the theory of circular economy in order to solve humanity faces a series of environmental and ecological problems of circular economy is an advanced and sustainable development model, while the eco-industrial park is an important carrier to achieve circular economy. In the park, through cleaner production and eco-industrial chain link, you can fully utilize existing resources to achieve discharge of waste minimization and pollution minimization purposes. Material and energy cycle is a core part of eco-industrial park, in this paper the use of substances by high-IU research methods Mengxi eco-industrial park on the circulation of materials analyzed. The park's major industries are:power plants, cement factories, tamping coke plant and kaolin plants. Through its solid waste, fresh water and sewage IU value calculations, respectively 29.7t/104RMB,24.6m3/104RMB,4.4 m3/104 RMB. At the same time through the West Inner Mongolia Industrial Park, the major industries to the energy input-output analysis, obtained the unit GDP energy consumption, respectively 11.1t coal/104RMB,10.6t of standard coal/104RMB,0.5t standard coal/104RMB,4.1t of coal/104RMB. IU value of the park so as to arrive too large, low level of material recycling; also obtained by comparing the energy consumption of major companies in the park are in line with national standards, internal energy circulation in the park, but not perfect in urgent need of strengthening.
