The Evaluation Research About The Papermaking Ecological Industrial Park Based On The Material Flow

At present, the material flow analysis method is becoming moreand more prevalent in the world, quite a number of experts and scholarshas deeply explored and researched the emerging theory. Compared tothe foreign countries, the material flow method should be still in theprimary stage in our country, the research results based on the theoryare not too substantial, mainly used in the economic and environmentalsystem of the calculation of the input and output material, however, ithasn’t existed the research results of the material flow analysis methodon papermaking industry. Due to the rationalization of the matter has agreat significance for enterprises, the research would put the papersupply chain in the process of papermaking as the breakthrough point,deeply researched about the construction of the material flow analysismethod about the papermaking ecological industrial parks and theconcrete application about the analysis method.Papermaking industry is a traditional and important industry inour country, occupied an important position in national economy.Carrying on a new industrialization reform about the industry is thetrend of social development, and the ecological industrial park based oncircular economy is an ideal mode about the ecological development of the papermaking industry. The ecological industrial park is an importantway to realize the papermaking industry large-scale, clean production,ecologicalization.Firstly, this paper carried on a detailed introduction on thetheoretical background, development course, the index system of thematerial flow analysis method and the industry ecologicalization theory,the circular economy theory, the ecological planning theory and somerelated theoretical basis and methods.Then, from the reality of the papermaking industry in China,analyzed the development present situation of the papermakingecological industrial park on the whole, and taking Fuyang papermakingecological industrial park for example, carried on a concrete analysis,summarized the achievements in the process of Fuyang papermakingecological industrial park and the restricting factors faced in the future.According to the shortage of Fuyang papermaking ecologicalindustrial park, found that the timber resources as one of the mainpapermaking raw materials is one of the key factors about that Fuyangpapermaking ecological industrial park will continue to developsteadily. So this article will put the timber resources flow in the processof papermaking into four stages, pulp and papermaking, processing, useand recovery, applicating the material flow analysis model and method,by means of determining the theoretical basis of the material flowanalysis, clarifying the resource input, output and hidden flow resources,calculating reasonably assumptions, mapping the material flow and aseries of methods of system analysis, built the evaluation method on thetimber resources flow of the ecological industrial park, and taken thedata on Fuyang papermaking ecological industrial park during theperiod of "11th five-year plan" into the evaluation methods, found thefollowing five questions:1. The timber resources flow of Fuyang ecological industrial parkhas a large scale;2. The supply capacity about the wood resources of Fuyangpapermaking ecological industrial park is insufficient; 3. The wood resource’s trade of Fuyang papermaking ecologicalindustrial park is imbalance;4. The timber resources of Fuyang papermaking ecologicalindustrial park have an excessive inventory;5. The timber resources flow of Fuyang papermaking ecologicalindustry park still faces environmental pressure.According to the above problems which are discovered through thematerial flow analysis, by the point and the surface, raising the Angle ofview to China’s overall papermaking ecological industrial parks, basedon this, constructively put forward the following five developmentcountermeasures and Suggestions:1. The papermaking ecological industrial park should continue topromote two-way integration of the papermaking industry;2. The papermaking ecological industrial park should build asupply chain system which can support papermaking industryintegration;3. The papermaking ecological industrial park should vigorouslydevelop the third party logistics of the papermaking industry;4. The papermaking ecological industrial park should improve theoperation ability about the waste paper’s reverse logistics;5. The government should give the rationalization of policy supplyand system arrangement.
