| Along with the vigorous development of China's market economy and the rapid rise of small and medium-sized enterprises , the enterprises that experienced unsuccessful first implementation of the ERP are showing the characteristics of rational return and the second ERP implementation climax is approaching to China . This paper refers to dispersed manufacturing and aims to improve the success rate of ERP. On the basis of the theories and methods concerning the critical factors of successful ERP implementation, project feasibility analysis, ERP scientific models, the matching theory between management system and information system, the author investigates fusion theories, general system analysis method, systems of ERP implement methods, ERP implement prototype system, ERP implement diagnostic model.Firstly, this paper analyses the interaction between business management and information system, points out that the fundamental objective of information is to enhance business management and put forwards information fusion theory. According to the complex characteristics of ERP, ideal of general system analysis is proposed. Based on the study of the ERP implementation problem, 3D ERP implementation method system, including time dimension, project management dimension and quantitative monitoring dimension, is put forward. It also points out that the main point of the study is quantitative monitoring dimension.Secondly, based on the three-dimensional implementation method system of ERP, ERP implementation prototype system is constructed. It points out the essentiality of project feasibility analysis phase. On the basis of defining the scope of implementing diagnostic reference model, the ERP implementation diagnostic model is put forward. In light of the framework of firstly analyzing enterprises management base, secondly choosing software and lastly defining their matching level, the ERP implementation diagnostic model is set up. With evaluation as the main diagnostic method, a diagnostic method is studied.According to mapping relation of the ERP diagnostic model and diagnostic order, the diagnosis process of management maturity is explained. Assessment index system based on time, quality, and cost factors is put forward. It is point out that using BP neural network method can make sure diagnostic objectivity. It explicates software class choice and evaluation process of software suitability. Assessment index system of software suitability is constructed from the following four aspects: the software system function, software technology, the supplier quality and strength and project investment and suggests using AHP-FUZZY. Through analysis of matching diagnosis theory between management system and software system, it puts forward the project of enterprise management division and enterprise software division and constructs assessment index system of system matching level. For characteristic of diagnosis process, it suggests using the evaluation method of the degree of grey incidences.Finally, the author takes the K1 implementation in company Y as an example to illustrate the process of management maturity evaluation on BP neural network, evaluation process of software suitability on AHP-FUZZY and the diagnosis process of system matching level on Gray relation grade. |
