The resource cost and environmental pollution of the thermal power is receiving attention gradually.To step on the road of sustainable development,the thermal power enterprises must pay attention to the coordination with the resources,environment and economy,thus constitutes an issue of complex system coordination degree.Complex system is composed of several independent subsystems,between which existing composite coupling relationships.The subsystems' synergies decide the functional strength of the whole complex system.So,the diagnosis and early-warning of thermal power RE-ENV-EC complex system coordination degree has important significance.This paper did empirical study on the diagnosis and early-warning of ShanXi thermal power RE-ENV-EC complex system coordination degree.It firstly established an evaluation index system and determined the weigh with FAHP,then calculated the values of the composite system and subsystems,obtained the coordinated degree with the aid of dynamic collaboration model.It lastly got the warning condition and put forward the Strategies for RE-ENV-EC complex system's coordination development.
