With the progress of science and technology,ecological development and increasingly fierce international competition,in order to build an innovative country and achieve sustained and healthy development of economy,building a regional innovation ecosystem has become important strategic choices for countries and regions in the world.However,at present,China's economy has embarked on a new normal and the economic growth and power have taken great changes.Therefore,building a regional innovation ecosystem is even more urgent.It's more importance that China's development has presented obvious regionalization.In view of this,in order to clearly know the development of regional innovation ecosystems in various provinces in China,firstly,this paper,review the relevant theories of innovation ecosystems,and describe the connotation and evolutionary mechanism of innovation ecosystems.Secondly,analyze the current situation of regional innovation ecosystem for 30 provinces in China.And then,constructs the evaluation index system of regional innovation ecosystem suitability degree,and use the ecological niche model to evaluate the suitability degree of regional innovation ecosystems in 30 provinces in China during 2007 to 2016.The results show that the suitability degree of 30 provinces in China is generally not too high,and its maximum is 0.79,but the suitability degree in eastern provinces are more than of that in western and middle provinces;The evolutionary momentum of suitability degree in all provinces are high,all of them above 0.5,particularly,in western provinces,the value are almost above 0.9,which shows that there is great improvement in the suitability of innovative ecosystems in various regions in China.Finally,based on the above analysis,using quantile regression model for panel data,analyze the variance of influent intensity of influencing factors under the different quantity of suitability degree.The results showed that the influent intensity of factors differed significantly under different quantity of suitability degree.The results of the analysis have certain reference value for knowing the regional innovation ecosystem in China.
