Researches On The Construction Of Chinese Employment Service System

Employment issues are not only the important concerns for all circles of the society in China, but also the important question commonly concerned by all the countries in the world. Structure of employment service system is the key factor for how to solve the employment problems and it's also the important research topic by the academic circles. China is under the transforming process from Surviving Society to Developing Society. Comparing to the rapid and stead development of the social economy in China, the labor market development of China is slow and the population and employment pressure is heavier. And the current situation of the employment service system could not meet the increasing demand for employment service. Shortage of employment services is not only reflected on the insufficient quantity and unbalanced structure, it also originated from the incomplete structure and system. So during the transforming period, China government should focus on the complete development of each person, highly care and meet the employment service demand by each member in the society and therefore build the multi-levels and multi-channels complete employment service system.This essay uses the theoretical guidelines of systematical theory, employment theory, labor market theory, public management theory and service management theory.
