Manufacturing services has become one of the important trends in the development of manufacturing industry,manufacturing services has become a new way of profit and value creation model.To meet customer needs through the manufacturing service system,we need to solve the problem of the innovative design and operation management method of manufacturing service system.Industrial Product Service System(iPS~2)becomes a typical form of manufacturing service system through the integration of products,services and supporting network.Therefore,the research on the iPS~2 has realistic demand.Specifically including the following aspects:(1)What is the Ontology Structure of iPS~2?(2)What kind of design method and design process should be used to meet the design requirements?(3)How to carry out the requirement analysis of iPS~2 and extract the engineering characteristics,and how to design the product,service and the support network based on the engineering characteristics to?(4)How to determine the business model,profit mode,and operation management system based on the iPS~2 system structure?This Dissertation focuses on the above issues:(1)Based on the view of ability,this Dissertation discusses the technical philosophy of iPS~2,and analyzes the difference between the capability-based view and resource-based view.Further,the Dissertation draws conclusions that the operation mechanism of the iPS~2 is the bilateral interaction between the two sides,but not the traditional sense of the unilateral interaction.Based on the MDA and Service blueprint,the meta-model of iPS~2 is established.Based on the meta-model of iPS~2,this Dissertation presents a multi-view design methodology system framework and technology innovation strategies,and construct the design process model of iPS~2.(2)According to the design process model,the design method of the demand side,the supply side(the solution layer),the supply side(platform layer),and the operating mechanism are studied.Based on the method of knowledge engineering,the method of rough set,knowledge verification and multi-view integration are applied,and the design method of iPS~2 is given.Based on the platform configuration design and similarity reasoning,the Dissertation study the design method of product service composition of iPS~2.The design method of value network is studied by means of network topology analysis and organization modeling.(3)The business model and operation management mechanism of iPS~2 are studied,and the evaluation method system of its comprehensive efficiency is given.(4)Based on the framework of the design method and the cloud computing architecture,prototype architecture of supporting platform for iPS~2 is designed,and an application example is given.The research of this Dissertation provides the demand modeling method of industrial product service system,the design method of product service composition,the network design method of manufacturing service value and the method of business operation management.The research of this Dissertation can provide technical support and decision support for the design and management of manufacturing service system,which is helpful to the strategic planning decision and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing enterprises.
