Today human beings have entered the information age. Information brings about infinite convinent to us and changing our daily life. People no longer stand on tranditional mode to acquire information and exchange information. Organization has new mode to communicate. In now days information resources utilization is raised to an unprecendented level, which has strategic siginificance for competition advantage acquisition and compition promotion. Therefore, the aim of the paper is how enterprise information utilization help to promote competition.In introduction part, the paper introduces the aim and signification and reviews literatures. The structure of the paper includes tow parts, such as information and competition. In the part of information, we research and resummarize information, information value and information resources, analyzing their concept, character and connotation. Next, this paper combines information resources utilization and enterprise informatization. Enterprise informatization is concrete form of enterprise information and is the emphases of society developing. The research shows that a scitific and efficient information resources utilization as perpose of enterprise competition advantage., which is used to improve enterprise competition. In the third part, this paper systematic discussion theories of enterprise competition, such as environmental analysis, enterprise competition characteristics, the association of enterprise competition and competition and research trend. After researching the action mechanism of them through game throies analysising, we discuss how enterprise choice competition strategy under the condition of complete information. From this analysis, we can find that different information resources utilization results in different marketing decession.The forth part of the paper research some factors of enterprise competition promotion. The anayasising angle of view is from enterprise's internal factors, such as enterprise costs, products and services, finance conditions and marketing abilities. An enterprise competition promotion factors model is estabilished. When analysising enterprise's finance condition, we use factor analysis method. Many enterprises' annual finance report datas is used to analyse by accouting. Finally we conclude that enterprise information utilization will affects theire finance condition and enterprise's value. In the last part, we astraction put forward some influence factors of enterprise information competition and creat enterprise information competition evaluation index system. Through using level analysis method, conclude the scores of those factors and carat a information competition causality measure model.
