In an era of knowledge economy and big data,enterprises' knowledge is one of the important resources to improve competitiveness and to develop sustainability for modern companies,which could also be converted to a vital resource for economic wealth benefits and reforming.Human would use the big data as a possession,production and allocated core resource to satisfy the basic needs of technology-intensive era.Business innovation and development rely on information mashups technology to sort,process,manage and analyze big data.This paper discussed the knowledge transfer systems from two dimensions of inside and outside of the enterprise.The purposes of this paper is to analyze the research history of information mashups in the era of big data,then to address some questions,to give the related theories and research methods,to take some factors affecting the integration of information resources for example,to build some game models within the enterprise in the process of information mashup,to build some game models between the enterprises in the process of information mashup,to give a series of corresponding enlightenments.(1)Introduction.This part mainly expounds the background and the significance of this research,summarizes the existing literature,and introduces the overall arrangement of this dissertation.(2)Literature review.Around the subject of the dissertation and central idea,the related concepts are introduced in the first place.Respectively,from the individual game behavior issues in process of the information mashuping,the organizational behavior issues in process of the information mashuping and information ecological issues,the chapter expands the literature review.The related concepts include:the concept of information recurces mashuping,the classic concept of game theory and evolutionary game theory concepts.The risk tolerance,time values,agent contracts and public information factors are classified in reviews.(3)Theory and method on information resource allocation.According to the particularity and complexity of the disciplinary information resource allocation,from the basic principles of psychology and economy,this chapter review and utilize the traditional information resource allocation theories and methods.Meanwhile,the main research methods,related theoretical models and game theory are proposed in this paper.(4)Considering the internal factors,optimization game model of information resource mashup.In the view of static game theory,this chapter analyzes the game situation in consideration of risk tolerance,discusses income and cost of people's dicisions,and points out the strategies of both sides.Then,dynamic game models are developed to take into account of people's risk tolerance and time value.By analyzing the process of information mashup,modeling assumptions,describing symbols,establishing game models,we solve the models by numerical analysis or behavior experiments.(5)Considering the external factors,optimization game model of information resource mashup.Due to the theory of the sender-receiver,the incomplete information game model of sender-receiver is established in the basic view.According to the above analysis,the general model is developed in the case of asymmetric information and principal-agent contract.Moreover,the public information is also included in this chapter.(6)Information ecology is considered to be this whole chapter.Starting from the actual background of building industry KB(knowledge base)process of mashup,this paper concerns the influence of bounded rationality and makes the usage of an evolutionary game model.Based on prior work,this paper connecting anticipated additional net payoff,net partition coefficient,preparation costs and mutation probability and other factors has constructed two different types of asymmetrical core competences of enterprises.First,the "prisoner's dilemma" problem came out.Second this paper does static analysis of non-cooperative game and then seeks the ESS(Evolutionary Stable Strategy,ESS)of evolutionary game model.Ultimately,the evolutionary paths are analyzed from the perspective on spatial dimension and time dimension of mashup.At last but not least,a series of corresponding management enlightenments are given out based on the above analysis.(7)Corresponding countermeasures.According to the above game model and numerical analysis,a series of questions are pointed out and the enlightenments of optimal resource allocation in near future are proposed.Learning from western education resource allocation theory and combining with Chinese situation,this part puts forward policy recommendations.(8)Conclusions and future work.This part summarizes the main conclusions and innovations of dissertation,explains the existing research defects,and points out the direction of future work.This study has a large number of papers reiewed and built models on the basis of game theory,economics,psychology and computer science.By these qualitative and quantitative methods,some specific factors and issues have been brought into consideration.This paper enriches knowledge management for decision-makers to promote the process of mashuping knowledge and establishing knowledge base of enterprises.I hope it would have some practical significance.
