The existing quality cost theory is often limited to the problem of quality cost control, and the decision-making problem of quality cost, which is the foundation of enterprise activities, has long been neglected. On the basis of the latest research achievements, this article studies the suitable quality cost decision-making theory and forms a fairly comprehensive quality cost decision-making theory system.The goal that an enterprise carries on quality cost decision-making is to reach some kind of balance between quality and cost. Traditional quality cost theory has not taken problems like market competition, consumer's quality preference and information discrepancy into consideration, thus it exposes many inherent limitation.Firstly, this article has analyzed the limitation of the traditional quality cost theory and discusses the quality cost mathematical model proposed by the academicians of the same field. From a new angle of view, the article has restructured the quality cost mathematical model. At the same time, it has proposed the ability index optimization method which is based on traditional quality cost theory.Secondly, the paper studies the monopoly competitive situation and the quality cost decision-making problem under monopolized situation. It also analyses Jon R.Miller's quality cost decision-making model and proposes quality cost decision-making model in monopoly enterprise. Considering the consumer's quality preference, the paper advances the quality cost decision-making model of conducting famous brand strategy in the enterprise. Considering that the information discrepancy exists widely in reality life and has influence on the enterprise's quality cost decision-making, the paper proposes three quality cost decision-making models under the information discrepancy condition. On the basis of this, the paper analyses and gives the suitable condition fit for traditional first-grade quality cost analytic method. In addition, considering the situation which consumers have opportunity cost when using their fund, the paper has discussed the quality cost decision-making problem under fund opportunity cost situation.Finally, the paper studies the quality cost decision-making under the 6σ management idea. Considering the sharp contrast situation between the traditional quality cost theory with the optimize idea and the 6σmanagement idea, the author proposes the dynamic quality cost decision-making model based on the 60 management. Using Inner Mongolia TieQi Textiles Co.,Ltd as the object of study, the paper combines the author's research subject to the practical situation of the enterprise and studies the application problems of quality cost management systematically.The above theory is achievement from the study of the problems untouched in the domain of quality cost .At the same time, the theory deepens, supplements and consummates the theory that has been studied. Not only the research result provides the theory basis to the enterprise's quality cost innovation, but also can play certain impetus role to the quality cost management promotion and the popularization.
