Now, Wuhan government and correlative department attach importance to the construction of famous brand and manufacturing brand, improve and actualize famous brand strategy from the aspects of quality, technology, market, human resource, management, government, society and corporation. Consequently, the core competition ability of corporation who owns famous brand gain advanced, which make positive effect to improve Wuhan integrative economy ability and city's brand.But, the famous brand construction of Wuhan also exists inherent inferior position .This text discusses how to use "torsion strategy" of the SWOT analysis method to establish and carry out famous brand construction strategy of Wuhan.Firstly, this paper introduces concept and characteristic about famous brand and the famous brand strategy, overviews some domestic and international theories result, including the domestic relevant research result about the famous brand strategies established by government.Secondly, this paper introduces famous brand construction of Wuhan at present, including the basic situation of famous brand in Wuhan, the comparative analysis of famous brand economic development with other developed cities, and lucubrates the famous brand construction of Wuhan from the industry, property and size .Anyhow , there is progress, but also exist a margin.Later, the paper uses SWOT analytical method to analyze the famous brand construction of Wuhan ,and draws up the SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy, WT strategy respectively, then according to strategy target, the exterior situation and internal condition of famous brand in Wuhan, chooses"torsion strategy"at last.Finally, this paper combines the actual circumstance of famous brand construction of Wuhan, discusses the concrete implement project of the strategy, the point and suggestion of implement.The main purpose of this paper is to analyze and understand the total general situation of famous brand construction of Wuhan thorough SWOT analysis method,on this foundation the paper establishes development strategy and corresponding implement project to increase the number of famous brand in Wuhan. Those analyses will offer some help to draw up"SHI YI WU"program and development strategy of famous brand in Wuhan.
