Nowadays, as the global economic integration, technological innovation and strengthened marketing competition, famous brand becomes more and more important. The facts tell us, strategy of famous brand is the only way to develop the economics of a section. It is a grand system for its planning and practicing, so we should combine the power of the enterprise, the government and the society to realize it.The paper discusses and analyzes the famous brand strategy's actuality inside and outside and some related theories based on the necessary for its implement and background for enterprises in Xi'an city. And further more, the paper points out some existed problems when the famous brand strategy are implementing. And also analyzes the influential factors by Interpretive Structural Modeling. Finally, the paper discusses the basic tactics of the famous brand strategy in Xi'an city on enterprise, government and society according some related theories.In the 21st century, the competition of the market focus on quality and brand, the development of market economy calls for more famous brands. During the foundation of a brand name, the enterprises should actualize the strategy effectively in allusion to the problems that would occur during its implement. Meanwhile, the government should increase support for enterprises, and improve laws and regulations in order to create a good environment to promote the rapid development of brand names.
