The Study Of Model System And Operating Methods Of Knowledge Transform Business Process

As one important managing mind in the era of knowledge economics, information technology has made knowledge management become one of main means to advance the crucial competition power. But knowledge management can't get the perfect level. The main reasons are that there is short of systemic theory and method, and knowledge management hasn't integrated with business process and enterprise management. So it has been one hot problem to research the mechanism of knowledge transform and business process and to construct the system of model and method.Basing the 5-year research and application in this field, this dissertation has combined the process of knowledge transform and enterprise business process, explored the mechanism of knowledge transform, and constructed the integrated model system of the process of knowledge transform. This dissertation included the systemic analysis of the rule of knowledge function and transform, the research of IT model and tool, the managing method and model of knowledge transform process from architectures model.1. The meanings of model of knowledge transform are that the transforming rule of knowledge among different carriers. The main aim of the mechanism of the knowledge management process that differ from the mechanism of knowledge transform is to research how to make knowledge transform at different fields including individual, colony, organization and alliance according to our subjective desire. The EAT2 model of knowledge transform put forward by author is to improve the classical model SECI, and to unify the type, carrier, transforming act and power of knowledge.2. The research of knowledge management using the method of systemic analysis is to anlyze knowledge management as one whole system. If we use this method, we must insure that all factors and process be taken into account from the meaning of mathematic logic. According to the logic process of systemic analysis, the author has established the object of knowledge management, the aim, architectures and model of the system of knowledge management. From the systemic research of knowledge management, this dissertation supplied the theory base of model system that describing all characters of knowledge management from different aspects.3. The model system of business process of knowledge transform has important meanings to the theory and application of knowledge management. This anthor designed the model system of business process of knowledge transform basing on the present fruit. The anthor constructed the dynamics model using the information theory of the epistemology resonance model. This dissertation also constructed the model of discrete mathematics that expressed knowledge transform formally using the theory of process algebra.4. Basing on the rule of knowledge transform in business process, IT model of business process, the IT foreground and configuration design which consulted SOA architectures all have been constructed using the theory of work process system.
