Unified Knowledge Management Model Based On The Eip Platform

Entering the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is increasingly becoming an important business resource.With the constant deepening of information,a variety of enterprise applications are increasingly apparent,such as,the lack of unified planning,the application of any co-ordination,multi-registry certification,background data isomers, the lack of a unified information platform for public business or related business needs deal.How to effectively accumulate,manage and share business knowledge and information resources to enable the right people at the right scenes to obtain suitable knowledge and information has become an important research topic for corporate to achieve comprehensive knowledge-based information.The thesis describe and analyze the implementation of knowledge management(KM) of the technical background and theoretical basis on enterprise information portal(EIP),the attempt to analyse enterprise knowledge management(KM) contents and effect from the perspective of unify the management of corporate knowledge(explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge);with knowledge into the SECI model and the support of Enterprise Knowledge Management(KM) culture,management,technology in three core elements of the PDCA cycle mechanism,to put forward the innovative technical solve method and theoretical framework of reunification of knowledge management model(UKMM) and point that unified model of knowledge management(UKMM) is the improvement and intelligent application of general information and data.It is transformed into a unified knowledge of interactive activities and supportive activities posed by the dynamic knowledge cycle process,to realize the "Wheel of Knowledge" operation,so as to continuously generate value and a new round of knowledge innovation;and further it uses the application function of unified knowledge management system(UKMS) as the main body,on the basis of original application of integrated enterprise systems,to design and realize the enterprise information portal(EIP) platform,to build the link between enterprise "people and content and community place",to enhance the user's experience business performance,to enhance enterprise content Management's ability,to promote the employees to increase the work efficiency and decision-making,to exert the greatest performance of enterprise knowledge,so enterprises can fastly enter the era of knowledge management.
