With deep development of knowledge economy, the market environment becomes complex and uncertain on an unheard-of scale. Enterprise doesn't treat purely capitals or natural resource as its only key strategy resource. Knowledge is becoming the main resource for enterprise to survice, develop and attain sustainable competitive advantage in competition. As an advanced telcommunication opertation company, he is facing the big challenge combining fix and mobile network with one company in 3G time. Who will win in this competitive market, who can quickly respond o market, quickly make up its weakness. And the core of this competition is knowledge management.The target of knowledge management is to make knowledge innovated and vale added, which can help enterprise improve its flexibility to achieve a continuable development. Because employee of one enterprise are the key contributor, the knowledge management system is acceptable and becomes growth engine of enterpise, only if getting employee ative involvement and contribution.Starting from the knowledge management definition of enterprise development, the paper analyzes the domain of knowledge management and its speciality on management. And then summarizes the whole requirement of knowledge management based on fact assessment and anlysis.The core part of the paper is the anlysis of implementation methdology of the knowledge management and the process of knowledge management based on best practise. Finally the paper anlyzes content plan of knowledge management.Based on these detailed requirements of knowledge management, this paper anlyze how IT system support these requirement and layout the IT fundamental function. Finally summary the importance of knowledge management and propose future suggesition.
