Research On Financial Core Competence Of Listed Household Appliances Companies Based On Social Responsibility Perspective

The development and growth of listed household appliances companies need to rely on inherent core competence. Financial core competence is an important part of core competence, it can effectively reflect enterprise's core competence and the level of financial management. As the financial crisis triggered by America's sub-loab crisis, we have to become more aware of the importance of financial management and social responsibility. Chinese listed household appliances companies have made huge progress, but also appear many problems of inferior products and severe pollution in the development process. These problems make us understand the importance of corporate social responsibility. Social responsibility and financial core competence are the unavoidable problems for modern enterprise sustainable development. But the academic and theoretical circles often separate research, this largely limit the whole thinking of enterprise's sustainable development problems. It is a certain limitation that relies on output or performance to evaluate the enterprise's financial core competence, and it can not scientifically compare the size of enterprise's finance core competence.Based on the related theory of, financial core competence, this dissertation critical review related literatures and the results of the research, eyes concentrate on enterprise's financial field, the connotation, mechanism and feature of financial core competence are defined.Fistly this dissertation formulats the principle of constructing evaluation index system of social responsibility and financial core competence, according to these principles construct evaluation index system and design model of social responsibility and financial core competence. Then the thorough analysis and empirical research use the principal component analysis and spss17.0 software for the relationship of social responsibility and financial core competence of Chinese listed household appliances. Empirical analysis shows that social responsibility and the financial core ability is significantly positive correlation. This dissertation argues that enterprise actively undertakes social responsibility playing a very important role of financial core competence's enhancement.
