Research On The Rural Credit Cooperatives Of The Pearl River Delta Service Profit Chain Management

The Pearl River Delta is an important economic region and a forerunner of the reform and opening-up in China.The Rural Credit Cooperatives of the Pearl River Delta(RCCPRD) take the responsibility for local financial services, promote the regional economic development and make an important contribution to financial stability.In this article,it uses Layer Analysis and Structural Equation to set up a model and empirical on the service profit chain of the RCCPRD,which combines with System Theory.The articile is an in-depth research on the working mechanism of service profit chain,giving some concrete suggestions about service management and increasing business performance of The RCCPRD.The main contents of this article are as follows:First,the theoretical researching part are Chapterâ…¡,Chapterâ…£.From the perspective of System Theory,it analyses the working mechanism of the Service Profit through related literature research.In this paper,the theoretical research on the adoption of service profit chain theory and system theory combining,First of all recognition in the Service Profit Chain has a key role in rural credit cooperatives,furthermore on the existing theoretical basis for the use of Layer Analysis,an expert assessment of these key factors on the relationship between an analysis in depth.Second,Empirical Study is applied in Chapterâ…¢,Chaptersâ…£andâ…¤. Through the environmental analysis,it discloses the development problems of The RCCPRD and discusses the essentiality of implementing service management.And then from the System Theory,it supposes that the key factors of the service profit chain influence each other.Finally setting up structural equation model,it uses Quantitative analysis in order to verify the assumption. To collect data for this paper,questionaires were issued in most of the Rural Credit Cooperatives in the Pearl River Delta(11 counties(districts) and cities), which is the first study on this subject ever.According to the results of an amendment to the original model,and study to verify the final structure of the service profit chain model,and at the same time to effectively verify the original assumptions,the data is collected for the paper.Third,the implementation of the proposal is Chapterâ…¥.From the operational and strategic level of service to the RCCPRD,it optimizes the implementation of recommendations of ways.As an example of the Rural Credit Cooperatives of Shunde,it analyzes the Service Profit Chain in the actual operation of the form.The main innovations in this article are as follows:Combining application of system theory and service profit chain theory,it discusses the internal structure of the theory deeply,sets up the RCCPRD's service profit chain model and makes the implementation of the RCCPRD's developing strategy based on the Service Profit Chain modeL In this paper,researching the rural credit cooperatives with strong local financial institutions,it is great significant in theoretical study and practical applications that must come up with service management theory in Chinese characteristics.
