Research On Logistics Information Resource Management Based On Supply Chain

The development trend of logistics information resource management is supply-chain-based logistics information resource management,but among the relevant research home and abroad,few looks at this issue closely connected with three themes including supply chain,logistics information,and information resource management. From the supply chain perspective,this paper conducted systematical and in-depth research on logistics information collection,logistics information resource allocation, logistics information resource sharing,logistics information resource control and related issues in the field of supply chain logistics information resource management.This study is of theoretical and practical significance of guiding China enterprises on the practice of logistics information resource management,increasing the enterprise efficiency of using logistics information resources,improving enterprise logistics management level and supply chain management level,and promoting the development of modern logistics industry in China.The study builds on the theory and methods of economics,management and system science and uses the method of combining qualitative and quantities research.The paper focuses on theoretical research supplemented by empirical research. The research has achieved the following innovative research results:(1) Put forward value realization model of supply chain logistics information resource based on the value network.Analyze the distribution and flows characters of value-network-based supply chain logistics information as well as the realization mechanism of logistics information resource value.Build the realization model of value-network-based supply chain logistics information value.Also elaborate the process of value realization of supply china logistics information resource.(2) Establish the value-added model of logistics information automatically collection technology in the food supply chain.Find the condition that the logistics information automatically collection technology can bring added value to food supply chain.And extend the model to ordinary product supply chain.(3) Establish the utility model,time allocation model and space allocation model of supply chain logistics information resource allocation.Make organization structure order degree analysis of three information flow controlling models including dispersive control,centralized control and comprehensive coordination control which are created by the space allocation of supply chain logistics information resource.On top of it,the evaluation and calculation method of three models is provided.(4) Establish a grid-based supply chain logistics information resource sharing model, and make comparison between the network based sharing model and traditional sharing model from the point of individual member information sharing level and supply chain's total information sharing expense.Prove that grid-based supply chain logistics information resource sharing model has more advantages.(5) Bring forward that the object of supply chain logistics information control is logistics information unit.Make quatitive classification of logistics information from the aspects of both information value and information sensitivity.Accordingly,set up the supply chain logistics information control model based on the logistics information unit.
