As the process of economic globalization steady progress,the intelligent industry was promoted vigorously in all over the world,a comprehensive economic restructuring and transformation are implementing in China.Chinese enterprises need to upgrade the structural transformation in the manufacturing industry,optimize the structure,improve production capacity,reduce costs,increase business efficiency,and improve their products and themselves' competitiveness.It is opportunity and challenge for the Joint venture aircraft parts manufacturer A,As the world's top aircraft manufacturer C's joint venture and aircraft parts suppliers,Joint venture aircraft parts manufacturer A need to take the advantages of joint venture,share the information,technology and management experience with Company C,follow up the step of Company C development,work hard to be strong one in Company C's supply chain system,beside,because the Joint venture aircraft parts manufacturer A engaged in processing imported materials,The supply chain is important profit point,how to optimize the supply chain management,to make sure the on cost,on quality on time target can be achieved,which is the first priority.Firstly,the main idea of this paper is to introduce the background and significance of the research,summarize the current research situation in this domestic and abroad,put forward the main research contents and framework of the paper,and use the method of literature and practical research to carry out the research work.Secondly,we will have a specific understanding to the study object through reviewing of the relevant theories and the analysis of the external environment and introduce the actual situation.Thirdly,Through introducing the production material,planning,procurement,logistics,warehouse and SAP 6 parts in the scope of internal supply chain,summarizes the actual problems in internal supply chain and analyze the problems of high cost of internal supply chain,long lead time,non-smoothly information flow,poor planning and procedure management,non-Practical problems.Fourthly,supply chain optimization can be implemented for management structure,logistics chain,information flow and people for aspects.Finally,evaluate the supply chain optimization results byselecting some indicators.Prove optimization of internal supply chain can be realized by take previously methods and solve the problems in supply chain management.
